Located near Charlottesville, Virginia, The Pony Cafe is an 18 acre horse farm. Our Pugs live in our home with us and our  German Shepherds live in and out as weather permits so we try and stay away from the kennel situation and give all our dogs lots of individual attention, love and affection.  Its a labor of love, very time consuming and definitely not easy as we are full with chores and have to be "on" all the time. And, that is why we will answer questions and try and get to all that email us as quickly as possible, but know we are not ignoring or forgetting anyone we are just involved with the care of so many wonderful animals.  We greatly appreciate your patience, as that is the best way to get a puppy! Below are a few photos showing the dogs with us and our horses, as well as a few kids from our riding program...whew! We are a private facility and visiting is by invitation only, appointments must be made well in advance.
